Return and refund policy
Before placing your order, please note that we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges.
Due to the handmade and perishable nature of slime, all sales are final.
Once your order has shipped, Hazel Slimes is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your shipping carrier (USPS or the selected carrier) to file a claim.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or a delivery issue, we will contact you and invoice a new shipping label to have your order re-shipped. We do not offer refunds for returned packages.
